Monitoring and Evaluation

Monitoring achievement
Every recipient of a grant in excess of £500 is required to complete a monitoring and evaluation form.  Questions on the form include: What unexpected issues did your organisation encounter in the past 12 months?’ and ‘How will your organisation make any changes as a result of your evaluation?  We also ask ‘Do you wish to add anything about the use of the grant that you would like to bring to the attention of Trustees?  The completion of the Evaluation forms should help both the RPLC and the recipient organisation to provide a more effective service to stakeholders and service users.   We are grateful to those who have been in contact with us during the last 12 months and have provided valuable feedback on the work we are undertaking.
