Home-Start
Offers outreach services through
volunteers giving regular support,
friendship and practical help to families
under stress in their own homes, helping
to prevent family crisis and
breakdown.
The RPLC makes grants to over 1,000 Organisations and Individuals each year.
Crisis Grants are made to individuals in extreme need following a referral from local agencies.
Grants of £50, payable to utility companies, are made in January/February each year, to over 600 local pensioners in receipt of benefits.
Organisations receiving
core grants from the RPLC must apply by
the deadlines set out in the documents
attached below and use the new
application form.
Our current principal Strategic
Priority is 'Community
initiatives in Ham and Mortlake'.
A specific application form for
applications in this category will be
available shortly.
If you are applying for a grant that is new or a one-off application, and it does not fall within our recent Strategic Priorities your application will not be considered until January - June 2009.

voluntary organisations and the remainder
are co-opted from the community. The
Mayor is an ex officio member of the
Board of Trustees.
Trustees meet at regular intervals
throughout the year. All eligible
applications will be put before the
Grants Committee. Smaller grants of up to
£2,500 may be approved by the Director /
Deputy Director when they are received.
Eligible applications must be received at
least ten working days before the meeting
