The charity maintains some 90
properties available for affordable
rented housing. It is also entitled to
nominate tenants for a further 35% of 346
properties maintained by London and
Quadrant Housing Association and 2 other
dwellings maintained by Approach Housing
in and around Richmond.
As a charity, RPLC is
required to ensure that its housing is
made available to persons who are in
need. All applicants are required to
declare their assets and income to enable
the Trustees to determine qualifications
for tenancies.
Applicants must either be residents of
the RPLC benefit area at the time of the
application or have a strong connection
to the benefit area.
