Winter Fuel

The RPLC distributes over 700 payments to pensioners who are in receipt of benefits in January each year to assist with energy bills.  The 2011 payment was £60 per household.  Cheques are usually made payable to the relevant energy company.

Forms for people interested in applying for winter fuel payments are distributed through local agencies including GP surgeries.
