oneRichmond - Together we achieve more

oneRichmond is an exciting new project established by RPLC and the Hampton Fund to increase support for people across Richmond and the organisations that help them especially during the difficult times of Covid 19.

What we do

1.  Grant-making:  through grants to organisations and charities and crisis grants
2. Education support:  with an education support programme
3. Charitable properties:  charitable housing, a community centre & Vestry Hall.
4. Investment properties:  offices at Vestry House, Dickson House and some residential
5. Non-financial support:  partnership working, community engagement, signposting / pathways

Income is generated though financial investments managed by Sarasin & Partners, with rental income from letting office suites at Vestry House, studios at Dickson House and 82 residential units.
