RPLC - SUPPORTING RICHMOND
What we do
We distribute revenue income through grants to organisations and charities and small grants to those in extreme need. We also provide an education support programme and offer charitable housing at a number of properties to people living or working in Richmond. The waiting lists are closed. Please note that new tenancies are rare. If you live in our Benefit Area (TW9, TW10, SW13, SW14) and wish to apply for housing (when the lists are open) please use go to the Property section of the website.
Income is generated though the endowment fund investments managed by Sarasin & Partners, with rental income from letting office suites at Vestry House, Workshops at Dickson House and 84 residential units. Hiring out the Vestry Hall also generates funds.
Where We Help
Our Benefit Area covers Richmond, Ham, Sheen, Mortlake and Barnes (the TW9, TW10, SW14 and SW13 postcode areas).
